Your email signature is automatically generated and added when creating a new email or replying to mails.
Clicking on New email or Reply button in Outlook you will see your signature appear in the editing window. It might take a few seconds to appear.
Update signature information
Your email signature is created based on your account information. You can always change it manually in the email, but to prevent you have to do this every time change it in your profile.
Name and business title
Your name and title are registered and in your account information and can only be changed by the administrator. Please contact support@accelerant.eu if you need this changed.
Mobile phone number
- Go to https://eur.delve.office.com/
- Click on Me in the menu on the left
- Click on the button Add mobile and add your phone number to your profile.
It might take some time (up to 24 hours) before the change is picked up by all systems.
Eventually the email signature will automatically get the new information the next time you create a new email.
